This hotel surprised us in so many ways! its location was absolutely amazing - right on the grand canal near the famous Rialto Bridge. We loved being nestled in the charming alley between two authentic restaurants, creating a truly authentic and local experience. The hotel staff were always ready to help and made us laugh with their funny stories. Our room was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful balcony where we could admire the constantly changing views of Venice. And the best part? Breakfast was served in a room with a breathtaking view over the water, and the cappuccino was just delicious. All of this was included in our rate, which was a great value for money considering the prices in Venice.

The warm welcome and friendly attention from the staff made our stay a pleasure. The hotel's fantastic location near the famous bridge made it a perfect central site for exploring the city.- The room we stayed in had a stunning view and was clean and comfortable.

There were no tea making facilities in the room, so I would recommend bringing a travel kettle. Leaving the key at reception and having to ring the bell when returning was a bit inconvenient, especially if there was no one at the front desk.

Great location near the vaporetto stop and main attractions. the breakfast room has a beautiful view and served a variety of items. the staff were polite and helpful, giving us recommendations and directions for places to visit.
